Celebrations and Events
At Congregation Shaara Tfille, we appreciate our large and beautiful Sanctuary filled with natural light from our striking Menorah window. Many baby namings, aufrufs, weddings, concerts and lectures, have been celebrated there. Somber funerals have also taken place in the Sanctuary, bringing comfort to grieving congregants and friends.
Our spacious Social Hall can accommodate large banquets and more intimate luncheons, as well as kiddushes, onegs, meals of comfort and a baby naming or a bris. The Social Hall is equipped with a large screen, streaming ability and a state-of-the-art sound system, an excellent site for concerts, plays, movies and lectures. Our Kosher kitchen is perfect for catering an event in our building and is available to rent for the preparation of a Kosher meal, under strict supervision, to be served elsewhere.
Our lower level also contains a large meeting space and several classrooms that may be used for meetings or classes. Our beautiful grounds have hosted picnics, barbeques, ice cream socials and celebrations in our sukkah.
Congregation Shaara Tfille has two large, off-street, parking lots on the synagogue property, allowing us to offer free parking for all our events.
Member requests for the use of any of our spaces have first priority but non-members may also rent our spaces.
Please call our office at (518) 584-2370 or use our contact form for availability and rental rates.
